We are a small company in an small town currently partnering with a small
ISP to do an online information center. So when we begin to sell internet
information, we will have to probably do a lot of hand-holding and
explaining about internet connectivity. Most folks in our target
advertising audience will have difficulty understanding what the difference
between AOL and an ISP and a BBS is.

We are trying to develop ways we can make this profitable, and my publisher
has suggested we should "sell" connectivity and receive a commission from
the ISP. WE DO NOT WANT TO OWN AN ISP. However, we do believe we can be an
effective marketing arm.

Has anyone ever tried this? What are your thoughts?
