First of all, I must say I had a wonderful time with Leah Gentry's band
of reporters during the Democratic convention. It was a great thrill to
see what the Tribune is doing. It is impressive! I am certain that
other folks are doing great stuff, too. I just happened to have had the
opportunity to see the Tribune staff.
Second, I am looking for any citations on how people read online
newspapers or read online with computers, e.g. scrolling. Is there hard
evidence that people will NOT scroll past a certain point other than
anecdotal information? I know what we all think. I am wondering what
data we have. Either on the list or to me.
Third, does anyone have information on academic research on teaching
technophobes how to use computers? Definitely off the list and to me.
