I do not.  But Ihave never been that bothered, i.e. constantly intruded upon.

I get about 1000 emails a week, give or take 100, (mostly from lists) and
only 3-6 are spams.  It barely touches me.   BUT...I have the ability with
Eudora to screen domains right now.  If one domain become a problem, I can
selectively trash its messages.  I screened messages from Vigdor this way.

AOL can provide this type service to its members.  It allows members to
block other members right now.  There is no technology that will block a
spam a priori, but if a domain becomes a problem, there is technology that
allows a user to block that one domain.  It is a trivial technique.
