I don't mean to appear to rise to the defense of Cyber Promotions, but it's certainly
not the case that bulk email only meets the needs of the sender. Certainly, there
are _some_ recipients who want to receive these messages, however offensive you or I 
may find them.

The problem is that many of the recipients don't want to receive them. This would not
be a practical problem if Cyber Promotions's opt-out feature actually worked or if,
preferably, it went to an opt-in system instead.
