I have received a few requests for additional information  relating to the
Blue Note case, which adresses personal jurisdiction over Web site
developers.

 1. The precise cite to the Wall Street Journal article is Wall Street
    Journal, 10 Sep 96, at B10.

 2. The full name of the case is BENSUSAN RESTAURANT CORPORATION v.
    RICHARD B. KING, individually and d/b/a THE BLUE NOTE, 96 Civ. 3992
     (SHS) (SDNY).

I also have the full case note that can be sent as a file to interested
parties.
