Two questions:

1) is there anywhere a list for the discussion of on-line magazines -
publishing, writing for, financing etc.

2) How do you get a news release specifically to writers with *on-line
publications*?

A few days ago I was seeking advice on alerting digital scribes to the
forthcoming State of the World Forum. My thanks to those who sent ideas re
print media and search engines. We've alerted all of them. But it's the
writers for on-line news I want to reach.

Surely someone here knows how to crack that!!
