I'm trying to get a sense of what are the best sources of information
covering the activities of publishers on the Web. Also, does anyone
know of some really good interactive media/Internet source books?

Here's the situation: I'm the co-founder of yet another agent
technology company. Our technology is straight out of the Stanford AI
lab. We have a big shot chairman and superb technology. We'll
give Firefly, NetAngels, Empirical, Autonomy and the others a run for
the money!

Without a doubt, our technology is the best suited as a front end to
publishers of a lot of Web content. That includes Pathfinder, Techweb,
ZD Net, etc., but it also includes sites that are simply rich with a lot
of contantly new (or updated) content, e.g., PacBell's At Hand site.

I read several newsletters and lots of Web sources, but I'd like to get
a take of the "online-news" list subscribers. What are your favorite
sources of information?

P.S.--If you represent a large Web publisher, feel free to contact me
directly regarding our agent-oriented front end.

BTW, everyone can get a peek at our system at http://fab.stanford.edu
We're cleaning it up, e.g., untitled documents will default to H1, but
you'll see the first page and be able to get some additional background
 information.
