This copyright holder sure doesn't like them doing such things. The law is
quite clear on that. If the copyright holder has not expressly licensed
something for a particular re-use then the presumption is that such use is
forbidden.

The predisposition of many 'net users to freely copy whatever they see
online has had a chilling effect on my willingness to post certain of my
works online. I am aware of other authors who are equally careful.
