The policy of the list is irrelevant. The law is the issue. Her posting,
although not commercial, didn't come close to fair use.

As long as I'm in a cranky mood:

I would have added ignorant, but I don't know if she realized that she was
infringing on a copyright.

BTW, my message directly to her AOL account bounced back as undeliverable.
