IMHO,  as long as the 'bulk' of the threads are true to the concept of the
group, the Off-Subjecters should not be sloughed off nor edited.
Off-Subjecters are not surrealists by intent (usually), but occasionally they
inspire new thoughts.

Censorship is the subject, Vigdors problems are the incident, and all of it
IS pertinent, especially to SysOps and developers (duh, us), again IMHO.  

I post for 'real' subjects, too.
