Hi,

I publish a small monthly newspaper in Salem, Oregon, which covers =
crime, solid solutions to crime, and healthy youth alternatives. I am =
interested in building an apprentice program from those interested in =
getting into the field--and getting some hands-on experience in 1) =
writing or 2) html page design.

A person does not necessarily have to live in this area to contribute =
editorially; however, it would be just for the experience.=20
