How the Web Was Won

The Journal American's Jonathan D. Miller reports that ConnectSoft, an
online company based in Bellevue, Wash., is dropping its plans to develop an
online magazine called The Next Page. ConnectSoft had taken on much of the
staff of the ill-fated Medio Magazine and tried to pick up where Medio
left off -- but it apparently has decided the money potential wasn't there
and is concentrating on e-mail/Internet software and a national Internet
service. The staff people who had been working on the project have been
moved to other projects. The first issue is at http://www.connectsoft.
com/nextpage/nextpage.html. Maybe Nina Bondarook can add to this story?
