The rules explicitly allow non-profit groups, but don't worry about such
matters, when people are operating unilaterally it does not matter what
rules exist or whether we have a Constitution that guarantees freedom of
the press. It may help to clarify that all of the pathetic excuses given
for denying credentials to FINS, come after granting me credentials three
years standing. Moreover, not one of the specific excuses tossed around
[e.g., 1) one man newsgroup; 2) hobby; 3) retired; 4) don't make my living
from work; 5) don't work full time at profession] are either true or
specifcally mentioned in the rules promulgated by Congress.

I am a good and dedicated newsman, better than most of the corporate
lackeys who are granted credentials. That's the real reason the insiders
on the Executive Committee are trying to push me out, but this is not
one of the reasons authorized by the First Amendment, freedom of the
press. So they are going to have to look to God for support, and that
may not work either, I'm an old hand at holding people accountable for
their unjustified conduct.
