Of course they should, but it is an interesting double whammy for IPs, who
one the one hand want to be regarded by indecency laws as simply carriers not
responsible for content and yet have a deeper problem with the Internet
community by being a host for the spam king.  Of course, if Sprint wants out,
wonder if the folks at Panix would take em? :-)
