On the theory that reaction to a new Internet column about media sites and
strategies is of interest to the group, my new column after only two weeks
seems to be drawing about 200 visitors a day, representing 850 separate hosts
in one five-day time span.

Enough people have used the Mailgab feature to add two new columns -- one of
suggested links from visitors and the other reactions to the commentary,
ranging from the purpose, if any, served by such sites to whether online
media companies are trying to seem too "with it."

would personally be grateful for any reactions.
