I like it. What percentage would you foresee? 

I doubt most publications would agree to the time limits, however.
Perhaps a provision that the non-exclusive electronic rights would 
be restricted to inclusion in the publication's current on-line 
issue and its on-line archive of past issues, unaltered from the form 
in which it originally was published on-line.
