The number of welfare fraud examples has skyrocketed partly as a result of
the post which described the following:
1) Without the knowledge of the father the mother applied for welare and
AFDC.
2) To receive these benefits the mother committed a variety of frauds.
3) As a result of these benefits the mother had the financial resources
to throw the father out.
4) The father did not know about either the welfare or the fraud until
the welfare agency contacted him.
5) The reason the welfare agency contacted him was to get reimbursed for
these expenses.
6) When the father learned that a fraud was committed he advised the welfare
agency of the fraud.
7) The welfare agency refused to investigate the charges or to file a
complaint as required by law and became a party to the fraud.
8) The welfare agency stepped up its collection efforts from the father.
If you know about such cases please provide the details by email to
fathers@soho.ios.com or call 714/951-5206.
regards,
fathers
