Rex,

I've been subscribed to the list for a few weeks, and I've found your
comments among those that make the list worthwhile.

You mentioned leaving because of "the flood of 50 messages/day" on the
list.  I also thought about leaving the list because of the quantity of
messages, so I unsubscribed from the normal list and subscribed to the
digest version.

It's still a lot of text, but in two or three messages a day.

I've included the instructions below.
