Maybe not now, but it's going to be.

Here's why it has to work that way, especially for the 
cyber-populists (cyber-pops?) among us.

If you accept the idea that Windows will be the most widespread 
browser platform, ask yourself when it starts making sense that the 
most widespread server platform should be different. If all the volk 
are running Windows, why force them to install and learn a second 
operating system and all its applications in order to publish?

The power of the press resides with the guy who owns the press. The 
two classes you need to worry about - the infohaves and infohavenots 
- won't be read/not-read; they'll be publish/not-publish.
