Welcome to the world of self-fulfilling prophecies. Design a site 
that requires Netscape and hates SLIP, and the only users you get will be 
non-SLIP Netscape users.

It's kinda like broadcasting one of those old 3-D films requiring you 
to wear red and blue lenses.
