Cyberporn is a BIG story. The fall-out from the Time coverage is fairly
minor. In many, perhaps most markets, it is non-existant.

The issue won't be won or lost by story waving. There needs to be a sane
rewrite offering alternative means that will satisfy opponents and
proponents alike. Putting the focus on Rimm will not save us from a
poorly crafted CDA. Working on a reasonable compromise with friends in
the House will.

Nonsense. This activity does zip. Rimm has little or no bearing on the
CDA issue, and trumpeting this "mau-mau" call to rythmic drumbeat won't do
much for defining either the language or the votes --- but it might help
your web traffic -- is that the actual point?

Brock Meeks, as a stylist, can be quite amusing. But his interpretive
perceptions are frequently not persuasive to this reader.
