We're playing with the possibility of placing our Washington edition up 
in its entirity in PDF format. We're using pagination systems for layout 
of this section, and that results in a PostScript (tm) file, which we run 
trhough distiller and build the PDF file. I haven't talked with our 
publishing systems guys in a while, but they were working on automating 
the process of making the links for the jumps..
