I strongly disagree, Stan. I asked a couple of "touchstone" Net users I know
to open up a local file with their browsers. Neither could get the job done.
Yes, I know. It's foolproof simple. But it completely baffled them. They see
the browser only as a point-and-shoot online leaper.
