Our assumption here is that we'd start with a basic plain-text classic
email product. The graphical version -- whether HTML, PDF or something we
haven't heard of yet -- would be available as an alternative to people with
the hardware, software and skills to use it. Presumably, all three
necessary attributes will become more widespread with the passage of time
and the graphical version would become dominant.
