My impression, from visiting various web sites, is that the connection
isn't fast enough or reliable enough to meet daily newspaper standards.
Even at industrial strength sites like NANDO or Wired, it can take a while
to get on, or you can be rejected because the server is too busy. This is,
in my opinion, *entirely* unacceptable if what you are selling people
purports to be the electronic equivalent of a daily newspaper. It *must* be
available when the reader wants it, period.
