As a tv viewer, I wish to the dickens that broadcast would make more use of
the web to promote its products.

The service I want and would frequently use, would have to come from my
local cable company.  It would be a searchable schedule so I can efficiently
determine whether my cable will deliver next weekend's Seahawks game.
(Okay, I'm a masochist!  It was worth the pain all those years just to watch
Steve Largent.)  Printed schedules are too incomprehensible, too incomplete,
too out-of-date, too...

Often the printed schedule will say only that Channel 40 will broadcast NFL
Football. Who cares about "NFL Football?"  I want to know when and where to
find the Seahawks.

Similar situation on the history channel and others.

Surely I'm not the only person who would watch considerably more television
if I could figure out when and where something I want to see is going to be
broadcast.
