I recently read on CommerceNet's home page about an RFP (they're
commissioning) to GET a REAL count of web users. After reading the FAQ, it
seems US & Canada are the two BIG markets they are interested in? What about
Asia, Latin America, and others?

Is anyone familiar with this RFP and does anyone plan to submit?
