You may have several problems here. First, you have to establish
paternity. Then you have to be caught up on all child support, then you
can press your claim for visitation. You will need a lawyer to get you
through the initial custody/support agreement. Once you have established
paternity, you can then press for visitation. If you have been violent
or inappropriate around the children, she will probably use that against
you in order to prevent visitation. If she wins, you will pay support
AND not be able to see your child.
