Sounds like some of my favorite predicaments.  I would always set it up 
so that my lover would come home and find me in inescapable bondage.  
Sometimes I would be stuck for an hour.  One time my lover "caught" me in 
full dress and make-up, tied spread eagle and blindfolded.  She put a 
couple of ice cubes into the teddy and under the bra pads, went out to 
watch television for almost an hour, and then whipped me and then did me 
with her vibrator for a quick orgasm (no teasing).  She went out and 
watched another 1/2 hour show and did me again.

If you're going to play with handcuffs, it's a good Idea to make sure 
that someone has the key to your house/room/apartment, or just leave it 
unlocked.  Another popular one is to use a candle and a string to drop 
the key when the candle melts down.  Bad news if the candle goes out, or 
worse, tips.  A couple in upstate NY died in a fire because they had done 
a mutual self bondage using the candle trick.  The candle tipped over, 
caught the bed on fire and they suffocated.
