Is anybody out there working with public libraries to install terminals
through which people could access all this Great Stuff? I'd think most
newspapers would have a bunch of old 286s or 386s in a closet somewhere
that, with the aid of $80 modems and an account on a Lynx-providing Unix
system, become a dandy little window on the world of the Web (and your
newspaper, if you are also the local provider).
