	I don't know which home town in Kansas is yours, but in Manhattan, 
Kansas the city has annexed the university (Kansas State) to collect on 
sales tax at the K-State Student Union. The agreement is that the money 
is to go towards joint University/City Projects (capitalized just like 
that because they are important).
	One of those projects will improve the computers at the 
University library and at the same time put computers with Internet 
access in the public library.
	I'm curious to see if it will work.
