i am somewhat of a "lurker" here, so unsure if survey of digital copyright
has ever been done.
But i was at a computer law seminar last Friday wherein they talked about
the final version of the "green paper" task force on Copyright.

Even if the group comes out with a final draft, the general feeling is that
it will still be difficult to enforce copyright on the net.

So the first substantive rewrite of copyright since the mid-'70s will not
do much to help those of us concerned about piracy.
