	You might be interested in contacting Bill Densmore
	(bill@newshare.com) who can give you information about
	Newshare Corp's idea for such a mechanism.  It is at once
	"Not Microsoft" and "Very Internet".   You'd have to sign
	a Non-Disclosure Agreement, be aware...
