ONLINE NEWSPAPER REPORT TO ADDRESS LATE BREAKING DEVELOPMENTS

Jupiter Communications' Research Report Covers New Century Network,
Associated Press Announcements

NEW YORK, April 25 -- Two recent major announcements in the field of online
newspapers, the formation of the New Century Network, and the Associated
Press' relaxation of rules covering online distribution of its newsletter,
will be covered in a special supplement to Jupiter Communications' 1995
Online Newspaper Report.

The 260-page report, originally published in March, covers the burgeoning
field of online newspapers. Before 1994, only 20 papers were online in any
form. 1995 is on pace to see more than 200 newspapers take to cyberspace,
according to the report. In the first three months of 1995 alone more than
100 online news ventures went up or were announced. This pace should
continue over the next few years, according to Jupiter Communications.

The Jupiter report was written by noted online newspaper expert and
consultant, Steve Outing. Outing runs the influential online-news and
online-newspapers Internet e-mail groups. His web site can be reached at
http://marketplace.com/e-papers.list.www/e-papers.home.page.html.

The 1995 Online Newspaper Report offers detailed profiles on more than 77
current or planned online newspaper ventures, and gives a broad overview
and analysis of the industry. The executive analysis also offers detailed,
nuts and bolts recommendations on the elements that make up a successful
online newspaper.

Interviews with more than a hundred influential newspaper executives went
into the preparation of the report. Charts and graphs track the development
of the online newspaper industry through the first few months of 1995.

The New Century Network, an aggregation of eight influential media
companies to pursue a joint, nationwide online newspaper network, and the
Associated Press' plans to relax the rules on online distribution of its
newswire, will be analyzed in a special supplement to the report that will
be included with
every paid order.

The 1995 Online Newspaper Report costs $995. To order, or for a free
brochure including the table of contents, call Jupiter at 800-488-4345, or
212-941-9252.
