The magazine I work for has always bought first rights from writers and
graphic designers, etc. Now we need to cover electronic rights, too. Does
someone have a favorite, succinct wording for that? Would saying "we buy first
rights and all electronic rights" cover it, or do I need to consult with our
attorney on this?
       TIA,
       Carol (cschaal1@irishvma OR carol.l.schaal.2@nd.edu)
